Default Re: Has Anyone Done Induction Without Cheese or Cream?

I've not tried omitting cheese and cream, but would think it is possible to eat enough fat without them.

If you can have butter, the fat from chicken, bacon and other meats plus the various oils including coconut oil to add either during or after cooking foods it is certainly do-able.

Avocadoes and eggs have a high fat content too.
