I an not qualified to set up a specific plan for "you"
But I can tell you what my 2002 DANDR book say's:
Dr A was convinced that exercise married perfectly with his approach.
He suggested a goal of 3-4 days a week and to burn at least 1000 calories in that week.
It took me awhile to reach that goal myself, with many of the same machines you have...but now it's like second nature..
I hope other's here can help out as well.....
