So be like a kid and taste all the different kinds of veggies at least 6 times each before you write it off. Make sure you are seasoning with chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic, etc... and start trying different herbs as well. You might be surprised what's good together. You need to get 2 cups of salad veggies every day in addition to your 'other' veggie which is 1 cup on induction. Good luck. and have fun with it! Trader Joes has all kinds of wonderful premade dips that are made with sour cream and they also make a onion and chive whipped cream cheese thats yummy with celery.
