Re: Gaining weight | | Have you maybe started lifting weights at all. That will build muscle mass and muscle is heavier than fat. BUT don't stop if you have been. Muscle will also burn more calories! Your body is readjusting more than likely to all the changes.
Are your clothes fitting better? Are you measuring your inches?
I'm sure if you stick with it you will like the results. I was a little disappointed in my 3rd or 4th week. But I stuck it out and I'm so glad I did.
