I have had a drink (vodka, diet coke & lime juice) on Atkins, but it just wasn't that worth it compared to keeping going on my goals, so I just don't drink now.
I will later, eventually.
Here's the kicker - I'm a
beer drinker. I won't be able to have any beer - much less decent beer - for months and months. It's tough, actually, especially during NFL football season, but I have left my special football beers in a cold dark place for future enjoyment at a much later date!
