Default Why Hello!

Hey all,

My name is Greg. I just found this site not long ago and it seems super informative.

Little about me.

Started the Atkins lifestyle about a year and a half ago. Started at 315, met a wonderful lady when I was at 260 and unfortunately stayed at 260 for about 6 months. I'm back on the diet and now i'm at 253. The wonderful lady broke my heart......lol. So now my original goals still stand.

250, 240, 220 then the Ultimate goal of 200

I'm pretty athletic and have a good build but unfortunately video games, alcohol (from my 20's) and fast food took me to a dark place. I only say that cause hopefully at 200 I will be pretty muscular. Most people laugh when I tell them i'm 250's as they did when I was 315. They just don't believe it. But at the age of 31, when the bones start screaming at you for no reason then you realize. Yep, I need to lose weight. Also when the woman you love leaves you for the reason that she is not attracted too you, even though you are a little smaller then when you first met, makes you wake up as well.

Thanks for the site. And me being a funny guy I tell people my ultimate goal is HAWT GIRLFRIEND!
