Re: Bathroom question | | Hello, You've had some great advice here. I use to have the same thing going on with me. Untill I added a good Pro-Biotic to my supplements. It will guarantee a healthy flora in your digestive tract. It has made a world of difference for me. Also Traditional Medicinal Smooth Move Tea is another great tool to get things moving on a regular basis. I agree with MommaRuthie, Plenty of water (nothing replaces water) and regular exercise is very helpful to keeping regular. I see you're already taking fiber. My fiber of choice is flaxmeal. It's not uncommon to not go everyday doing low-carb. Or even as much everyday, as far as that goes. Presidentholmes is right about it being all the rubbish we once ate.
