I went to my doctor appt. on monday. It went well. My lab work was another testimony of just how healthy the Atkins lifestyle is. All lab rersults were in healthy ranges. Doctor told me once again that I am at no risk of Type-2 Diabetes and looks as though i've kicked it to the curb for good.
