Default Re: New here to this forum

As a fellow type 2 person, I have had no problem controlling my glucose since starting induction 7 weeks back.
my bs is 95-110 all the time now. This WOE has been a wonderful thing for me.

I just started it as written and it has been perfect for me. Think about this, if you BS is high, why would you continue to cram carbs in your mouth? It's the very thing your body doesn't need.

I take metformin 1000mg 2x per day and I never have blood sugar problems. It stays steady all day and all night. I have no surges and no dips. I have more energy than I know what to do with, and I owe it all to eating like this.
