Re: Day 2 of induction | | I know exactly what u mean, I have 3 kids so I'm surrounded by goodies. Sometimes I wonder how I do it...but I've done it so I'm pretty proud of myself. I cook them regular meals and then I do mines. I'm at the point were I'm so focused that it doesn't affect me as much thank goodness. But your doing really well when I get a craving I just have an Atkins low carb shake that only has 1 carb. I really like them, it gets me thru. Best of luck to you
