Hi there! I am began induction 12-14-08 and I am digging through my books to find my Atkins book so I can reread it and get super started! The last time I followed Atkins WOE was in 2006 when I lost 40lbs, now I need to lose 50ish!!!
I look forward to discussing recipes, foods, etc here!
