Welcome back.

I hope you find your book but in the meantime you can read the stickies in the Induction forum to get you headed in the right direction. And also check out the Second Time Around Club for support. I'm a member of the club as I've been here before too. Atkins works just as well the second time as it does the first so jump right in!
