I am a huge Biggest Loser fan, and Season 7 starts this Tuesday. Sooooooooooo, lets lose with the Losers! A 13 week challenge-- post your before, during, and after progress pics, inches, and weight lost for the 91 day stretch. Make sure you set a realistic challenge goal.. setting it too high, may cause depression and back sliding if the goal is not met--and setting it too low, won't make you dig in and give it all you've got! I wonder if we can lose at the same rate or faster?????? Who's game? Copy the list and add your name and stats--lets get it yall! The stats are CSW/CW/CGW (CSW= Challenge start weight/ CGW= Challenge goal weight), a sign up pic is required, and inches should be posted as follows; Upper Arm--lft and rt Lower Arm--lft and rt Waist Hips Thigh--lft and rt The inches will only be posted for inital sign up, and challenge end comparison. The weight loss stats will be updated weekly along w/ your weekly lbs lost goal.

This will keep our challenge time in sinc with the timing of the show. When they have their final weigh-in, we'll have ours.
Today is my jump off, and I've already gotten started! I will be working out for the next 3 months...drinking up on my water, and staying true to the plan. I will report here in 2 weeks, with my initial losses/inches, then every week after, with my progress in weight lost. I got my grocery shopping done-- plenty of snacks, etc, to keep it interesting and fun! I will also be taking before, during, and after pictures to track my progress.
