pace lap What are your hobbies and/or passions in life?
My daughter Serena is my passion. My second daughter Sophie passed away, and I think since I lost her I have been slowly killing myself. I now look at Serena with passion to succeed with this WOE. She is my everything, and I want to be here for her.

lap 2 Which describes you best: I don't weigh, ever! ~ I weigh between 2 or 3 times a week ~ I am a full blown scaleaholic.

I actually only weigh every Thursday morning It's hard not to want to jump on that scale all week.

lap 3 What is your favorite legal food?

Cream Cheese!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!

lap 4 What is your favorite ADBB forum?

All of them. I get and am able to take something away from every forum on here. I'm so thankful for that.

lap 5 Have you met any of your ADBB buddies in person?

No, but I hope to

lap 6 Looking back at the beginning of your journey, did you set reasonable goals when you started your weight loss journey?

Yes, I set none I just wanted to get my diabetes under control, and the weight coming off was just a HUGE bonus in this WOE.

lap 7 What does 'paying if forward' mean to you?

To help others. Like on the boards, we all help eachother. We give help, and we get help. It's a wonderful thing

lap 8 Where do you see yourself in 1 year, as it concerns your woe, exercise and health?

Happy, no matter where I am. After 50+ days I am already better than I have been my whole life. I feel amazing!!! If I lose 25 great if I lose 100 great! I see myself with my diabetes COMPLETLY under control, and the healthiest I have ever been in my life!!!

lap 9 How do you challenge yourself when it comes to exercise?

By doing it...lmao!!! Excersize is still my downfall, but I see that slowly changing.

final lap If you could give somebody one piece of advise about this woe/wol,
what would you say?

Believe in yourself!!! I know for me when ever I start doing well, my ego mind tells me differently. It tells me why I can't do it, how hard it is, everything I'm missing out on. None of that is true. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself, I CAN do it, I AM doing it, and I'm not missing out on anything. I AM getting a whole lot in return though. And I wish everyone much luck in this chapter of their life.
