pace lap What are your hobbies and/or passions in life?
My hobby/passion is my motorcycle. It is impossible to describe the feeling of freedom I get when I am on it...even if I am just going for a short ride.Other than that, I would say my children...seeing them grow up into individuals and being so proud of them (most of the time...LOL) and all of the ways they surprise me.

lap 2 Which describes you best: I don't weigh, ever!
I weigh between 2 or 3 times a week ~ I am a full blown scaleaholic.
I used to weigh several times a day. I have resolved (ever since the no-weigh challenge) to weigh in twice a week.

lap 3 What is your favorite legal food?
Favorite legal food...Roasted cauliflower without a doubt. I love it so much!

lap 4 What is your favorite ADBB forum?
Fave forum would have to be the main forum, STAC is a VERY close second. Oh yeah, and Disco's diary, ya know, party central...hee hee

lap 5 Have you met any of your ADBB buddies in person?
I haven't met anyone in person because I don't think there are any Quebecers on here! It would be great though to have an Atkineers convention so we could all meet!

lap 6 Looking back at the beginning of your journey, did you set reasonable goals when you started your weight loss journey?
I set reasonable goals when I started. I have had some difficulties sticking with the plan, especially when I don't plan, but I am learning and I know I will reach goal...just not as quickly as I would like.

lap 7 What does 'paying if forward' mean to you?
Paying it forward means...helping others in any way that I can, whether it is volunteering or just being there when they need a sympathetic ear. It is knowing that by helping someone, they will be inclined to help someone else and we can all be happier as a society...big goals eh?

lap 8 Where do you see yourself in 1 year, as it concerns your woe, exercise and health?
In one year I will be at goal. I will still be on the boards and hopefully I will be the wise one handing out great advice! I will still be drinking my water and exercising regularly. I will still be avoiding poutine (just ask Silly) like the plague...and I will be healthy as a horse and look 10 years younger than my age...(I am the ambitious one!)

lap 9 How do you challenge yourself when it comes to exercise?
I challenge myself by doing just one more...one more sit-up, one more minute at 6.0, one more level on the elliptical...I figure just "one" more is not gonna kill me, and those "one"s add up with time.

final lap If you could give somebody one piece of advise about this woe/wol, what would you say?
One piece of advice...is something that I saw in someone's siggy...this is a WOE not a race...I thought that was really profound, and so true...Other than that, respect the program and you WILL succeed, no doubt about it...oh yeah...don't forget the water.
