| I'm in OWL it's going well except the Dairy Rung can't have dairy it stalled me for 6 almost 7 weeks EEEEk. Well at least I know now.

| i have been on atkins since june'04,i had been in a 7month stall but this will be a way of life for me i did not cheat,finally i read (google search) that some people reach their goal doing low carb and most people stop losing far from their goal |

| Not sure if I read the post right but on Atkins you have to count calories also. The point is that if you control your calories and keep them in a fat and protien context, then you should lose weight at an accelerated rate and improve your overall health. |

| I think it's 60% fat, but I'm not sure of the ratio for the protein and carbs... I too am stalling right now. But it's only week 3 for me and from what I hear, it's fairly normal to stall for a little in the beginnnig... I hope!! |

| This is my first day...so i'm in 14-day induction. I am excited. I have been searching this bulletin board for months, now I think i'll give low carb a try. Everyone's success is awsome! I can't wait to share mine. |
