Reputations or repping someone

Currently, reputations or the process of giving reps has engendered lots (and lots and lots) of conversation. If you want to participate in those discussions, go here. Please don't use this thread as a sounding board for your thoughts on reputations or repping someone, that other thread has lots of history and lots of other thoughts on reputation. Rather than duplicate it, it will be best to continue the discussion of it and future possible enhancements there.

This poll is a simple yes or no vote on the continuance of reputations as a feature at ADBB. A vote yes means it should continue as a feature in some form (the same or different as implemented now), and a no vote means we should shut this feature off immediately for good. It might be best to read the above thread to see the positive and negative views of reputations, but it is not required to do that to vote.

How about Change the wording so we don't have a board full of reputaion abusers using it for "spreading the love".

I will probably close the balloting on Monday this week. Even if we didn't hit everybody with their vote, the people who cared enough to submit the very best (to paraphrase Hallmark) have made their voice heard. After that, we may have some other ballot initiatives to change the settings. (Wording is off the table as that is changing code.) Thanks to everyone who expressed their opinion on this topic.

I disagree completely with the idea they should be restricted and have rules that is just silly
