I drink anywhere from 80 to 90oz a day.

I dont know how much is in a cup, and I dont count in ounces. But I drink at least 10 pints a day.

boy on busy days at work when I do not get enough ...headache ...tired ...and I feel myself slipping that is for sure....I try to down a bottle on my commute into work ...then one at lunch and one on the way home....if I can one more at work ....it really does all the things people say it does....and it is good! we have good water out here..I never buy it unless I am stuck somewhere ...or if I want fizzy water....just get it out of the tap! |
