| A cheat for me is eating or drinking anything that is not allowed on Atkins,Especailly sugar Sugar and I do not get along anymore ,it makes me feel like someone drugged me.

| for me since Atkins has mandatory exerice from day one not exercising,rating anything not acceptable for my phasae and/or exceeding my carb limit is cheating.

| When I was on induction, even licking the knife used to make a PB&J sandwich for DS was a cheat IMO. Now, cheating may include: Eating more carbs than planned, eating just for the sake of eating when I'm not hungry, and eating anything that has carbohydrate as it's main attraction.

| What is your definition of cheating? For me, cheating is eating anything off my Atkins level food list, such as sugars, sweets, breads, pastas, flour... |

| For me, cheating is eating anything that I know is unacceptable on my WOE. I plan ahead, find substitutes, and try to avoid putting myself in situations that cause temptations.
