| I was in the Marines 100 pounds ago. haha. so, yeah, I know about running, but I haven't been doing it for long time now. |

| Unfortunately, I can no longer enjoy a good run without risking damage to my poor knees. I played soccer for years and hurt both my knees, so my cardio is done on my elliptical. I am going to start that tomorrow probably. |

| I try to run 1.5 miles everyday but it's tough considering the heat index today is going to be over 100 this afternoon..whew..you can work up a good sweat.

| Gosh I hope some of you runners can help me! I was a runner back, oh, 30 pounds ago? And in my mind Im still that endles stamina person, but once im running...not so much.Before I realized this brain error, I signed up for a half marathon in 14 weeks!!!!! Does anyone have suggestions as to where I should start? I was thinking 2 miles everyother day the first week, increasing a mile per week? |
