| I'm brand new induction, and still reading an Atkin's book from the library. Not the latest one either! I'm going to purchase the latest version online today. I've had about 5 gm. of carbs from vegetables so far today in my breakfast omelet. How do I figure out net carbs for vegies? Oh, sign me up for this challenge!

maybe mitzi would like to answer but i'm not sure where she is. you'll want to be reading the 2002 version as it is the one used for guidiing us at ADBB. to figure your net carbs, you'll be looking at the carb count according to the veg and the amount and subract the fiber. that will give you the net carb count. by using some of the charts that mitzi provided links for in the first post, you should have no problem finding those numbers. some of us use fitday or other like websites [dailyplate for instance] for figuring out the numbers.
