IT'S TIME FOR THE 2009 READ THE BOOK CHALLENGE


Sign Up Begins In This Thread
October 3 thru October 8

Reading will begin on October 9 [or as early as you sign up ]
We will be using the 2002 Edition. Other editions of the book will not be recognized for this challenge.




The Challenge this year will include reading the entire book excluding the recipe section. It will take approximately 4 weeks to complete and, if you join the challenge, you are required to post that you have read the assigned chapters.

RULES:
You must sign up in this thread and commit to reading the assigned chapters and/or sections of your book as scheduled, We will use the 2002 Edition of the book. *Others editions will not qualify for the challenge*


You may ask questions and you can make comments, as they pertain to the book, while we progress through the required reading.
We will use this single thread throughout the Challenge.

I'm in. I started the book in June but only read the parts that seemed to pertain to my situation right then. I'm ready to read the entire thing. This is one challenge I can do while laying in bed at night, yahoo!

this is why or at least one of the reasons why we do this as a challenge. many and i mean MANY, have done just what you did. they read the parts to learn [or do i dare say, half learn] how to do induction and then ditch the book. i certainly can't make anybody read the entire book but i can give a nice token at the end of the challenge.
