| Jalapenos are not spicy, the seeds are, you have to take out ALL the seeds, and it should be fine. If you have zero tolerance for spicy stuff, small bites definitely, I forget sometimes, some people think anything remotely hot is spicy. Small bites til you see how hot YOU think the peppers are? Just make VERY SURE to get all the seeds out. IF they cooled down *I* can eat them whole if they're small ones. I have a mouth like an iron tank.

| The spice comes from the seeds and the membrane so make sure you remove all of them. Then, I boil them for five minutes or so to take even more of the heat out. Then, let them cool. Next, you fill them with cream cheese and then wrap with bacon (I used the precooked kind so they get crisp) and cook at 400 degree for about 20-30 minutes. YUMMY! Deb Quote:

| I've heard from friends who eat these that the cream cheese "cools" the heat from the peppers. I'm still askeerd of them though.
