| Well yea- i mean normally you'd have chips and nacho cheese and some times h.b meat or what ever else you want, if you substitute the chips for the pork skins its the same thing really

| I tried this and is it good. I am a nacho lover from way back and this is the best substitute I could ever want. In fact I think I like it better. Thanks for the idea. :dancingb: |

| Just use like a mexican mix, like for tacos (no seasoned) monterey jack, cheddar, colby mix..... I made real nachos for my family the other night, I hadn't seen this post, but did something similar, using sour cream, 3 tablespoons of homemade salsa, ground beef, lettuce....the whole thing.....they were awesome, no crave for the crunchies, this did it for me..actually baked in the oven for 5 minutes....crunchier and awesome.... A great snack/meal for a special weekend or a fast needed meal one evening... Have fun! |
