| Those look great! Btw, you may not need to boil the chicken first. Strips, as long as they're not too big/wide, cook pretty quickly in the deep fryer. As long as you aren't starting off with frozen (or semi frozen) strips, 3 minutes at 360 should work fine. |

| They do look wonderful, but I never tasted pork rinds. I have seen them in the store, but could never get myself to try them. What do they taste like? Dawn |

| I agree these are great! Dawnimmel, you don't taste the pork rinds at all (if you use the unflavored kind). I personally can't stand pork rinds or their smell, but none of that comes through on the final product.

| I tried it too!! How strange the taste of pork rinds is minimal. I ate one b4 I crushed them up and it was disgusting! YUCK! I'm going to do this with some Brie at some point this week too.
