| <----is from Michigan, and the only "seafood" she knows about is "lake food"...perch, walleye, trout, whitefish. No actually, I do like fish, but I prefer "unfishy" fish, like Halibut, mahi mahi, swordfish, etc. I love scallops, shrimp, clams, and other filets of fish. I am pretty basic when it comes to water-bound animals. Heck, and now that I live in Montana, beef reigns supreme and people look at me like I'm a sissy if I eat chicken. I like the idea of your recipe, but I would tweak it so I would want to eat all parts of it--ahh but that's the joy of cooking, putting your personal touch on what you create. MustLose80--what part of MI are you in?
