| Oh man, oh man! Pamela you and I are going to get on!! I've always been a lover of food, and one of the most wonderfull things about this WOE is THE FOOD!!!!!! and the energy, and the weight loss........ I'm thinking extended induction variation, duck around a fresh walnut??? Thats a great flavour combo! Hummmmmmmmmm - what am I making for dinner tonight! Kay!

| Hi Kay!, Can I have a walnut on extended induction??? WOW I hope so!! I get on here late, so I am always filling up the board posting whatever recipe pops into my head. I hope no one minds. If you are looking for it....there is a good chance I know about it or have it, as lonf as it is not a substitution recipe for clean induction.....I am not good at that. That is whay I come here!! I get loads of wonderful info and ideas for getting variety and not getting close to the cheating edge. Great place!

| Hi Pamela Yep, if you decide to move onto extended induction, you can add in an oz of nuts, just for your info 1 walnut according to Fiday has 0.548gr carbs and 0.268 fibre = 0.280 net carbs! Keep posting those recipes - we'll usually find a way to tailor them! Kay
