| When you get to the grains rung, Wasa crackers are fairly low carb. My question is what is the A in place of in the measurements? Is it 1/2 cup mayo and 1 1/2 cups cheddar?? This sounds really good!! |

| You can use slices of bell peppers to dip if you don't like celery. There is also a recipe somewhere on the board for crackers made from almond flour if you're on the nut rung. I bet this would be good spread on flax crackers as well! You can make crackers out of baked/nuked or fried cheese as well. (see my taco shell recipe, make them and break them up into "chips")
