Tomato and Basil Dip | | | This is a really great recipe (and all the ladies loved it at my jewelry party last night!) and it is very easy to make. Ingredients: 1 8 oz block cream cheese (softened) 2 plum tomatoes 2 TBSP parmesan cheese 2 TBSP Italian dressing 1 TSP fresh basil (chopped) 1. Spread cream cheese in the bottom of a 9 inch dish. 2. Chop tomatoes into small chunks. 3. Toss tomatoes in Italian dressing. 4. Spread mixture onto cream cheese. 5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and basil on top. Serve and enjoy! | |
