Another yummy thing to do is make what are called "firecrackers'
Same concept, except you stuff the peppers with peeled and devined shrimp, wrap them in bacon and skewer them, cook them on the grill! They are delicious. I always precook the bacon just a little (about 1 minute) in the microwave on paper towels to get some of the grease out so the grill doesn't flame up as badly.

I'll be doing that as well. I can't wait until my pepper plants start bearing.

You know, we've been trying to decide what to plant in our little garden this year besides tomatos and bell peppers (we don't have a lot of space) After reading this thread, I think we'll plant some jalepenos too! :joy

Its jalapeno pepper time and I have a ton of the babies on the plant.

The sausage and cream cheese is first on my list....then the shrimp with bacon. Any other suggestions?
