Cheesy crab dip | | | Take eight ounces of cleaned crab meat
1 pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Mix everything but the cheese in a bowl and smooth into a shallow baking dish. Top with cheese and either bake or microwave until bubbly. Serve with veggies or on a low carb cracker substitute. You can also spread on a low carb tortilla and slice into pinwheels.
Its about 875 calories and 9, yes 9, carbs for the entire recipe! | |
