| Where abouts in the world are you? There is a difference between different countries. Here in the uk they vary quite a bit.

| If you can post here the list of ingredients and carbs listed on your pack of sausages, someone can help you work out if yours are OK for induction.

| I'm a big sausage lover, and took advantage of the most natural appearing sausages I could find the last time I did Atkins, and I lost 70 pounds in 6 mo. I used Fanestil's breakfast sausage, and bratwurst. Both times the nutritional info was posted on either the underside of the package or on the back of the label. Then I used Fitday.com to figure out how many I should be having etc. If you haven't signed up at Fitday yet, its a GREAT help in figuring out your intake, and its FREE! (Thats always fun!) |

| You'll get very good at reading labels on this woe. Check the ingredient list of your sausages, or ask your butcher exactly what they contain. If any of the ingredients are not on the acceptable food list (look closely for sugars and/or starches used for fillers) don't eat em! |
