Default Can I eat this? (urgent!)

Pork Tenderloin - Peppercorn Flavored

Sugar - 0g
Carbs - 6g

Ingredients:
Water, Salt, Potassium, Lactate, salt

Seasoning ingredients: Salt, garlic powder, caramel color, onion powder, soybean oil, natural flavoring (?), silicon dioxide.

I'm not sure about the Lactate, Silicon Dioxide and the "natural flavoring." I don't want to make a stupid mistake.

Help, please.

I'm assuming that the carbs are coming from something I can't have but I don't know what.

Where the heck are they getting the 6 carbs from????

Take a look at the serving size, if it's 3 ounces or less, I'd put that product back on the shelf.....

The serving size is 4 ounces. I bought this a few weeks ago, before I started Atkins, and am wondering if I can eat it.

I have another question to go along with this. I am sick with strep throat right now so I ended up sleeping in until about noon. I missed breakfast completely. Would it be a bad idea to eat some extra food (maybe 2 servings of this meat) to "catch up" on my carbs? Or, is that a bad idea? I heard people talking about insulin spikes and such.

do not go more then 6 hours while you are awake without eatting. Although, i do find it hard to stick to the induction list if i go to bed a little huungry because i wake up VERY hungry. When you are sick you should try to eat to help you body get better.

I work 7am - 4pm often.

I get my break at 9am (That's when I have to take it) so I go from 9am to 4pm (plus the time it takes to get home) without eating.

There's not much I can do about it.

Anyway, I'm cooking up this meat. Y'all have 45 minutes to let me know I can't eat it. If I can't have it, the rest of my family will eat it.
