| look at your Atkins acceptable foods lists and see if the ingredients in your bars fit in those lists. Many mnay folk stall out thier weight loss eating those bars as snacks since they are meal replacement bars for emergency use only according to your DANDR chapter 11 section on them. there is a section on the Atkins.com site dealing with instuctions for what to do about how the bars have messed up your weight loss if they do effect you . Me if it already has a warning site on Atkins, com and Dr Atkins said no then I don't eat it. Happy low carbing.

| NO BARS. Eat real foods, whole, unprocessed foods. The purpose of induction is to rid your body of processed foods. Eat healthy! Betty
