| That reminds me. I bought a bunch of pre-cooked salad shrimp, and I've tried the shrimp salad route. A little underwhelming - I prefer chicken or tuna salad frankly. Anyone have any good Induction recipe suggestions for those little dinky precooked shrimp thingies? :confused |

| Ok...for those "little shrimpy thingies" (which was very cute by the way), you might try frying them a little with some veggies and possibly even putting a warm cheese sauce over them made from 1 T. sour cream, 2 slices unprocessed american or cheddar cheese, and a pat of butter melted and heated, but not brought to boiling. Very rich, but yummy. Or make a "chowder" out of them with some heavy whipping cream, fish stock, a little sauteed onion and some Atkins friendly veggie...like broccoli, or cauliflower. Hope this helps! As for you, Holly. Loving shellfish and your husband not being able to have it near him...you have my sympathy! Thats gotta be pretty rough! But I bet he makes up for it, right? :nod |
