I"m back...

I"m now back from my trip to the dominican...and having a hard time to get into the mode...I lost 28 from January1- April 8th.and haven't gained back any ..I did went off of the diet for my trip..and never gained...My Head is still with the program but my hands keep reaching for snacks....Helppp...I"m starting my clean induction Monday, but it seems the only way to keep my head in the game is to keep reading these messages for motivation....Thanks guys

Welcome back from your trip. I'd have to say you did excellent if you didn't gain any weight! Now you just begin again and you have nothing to re-lose! You should be proud of yourself so far. :nod

welcome back. you must have continued to make some good choices, even while you were traveling, as you didn't gain weight. that is comforting - perhaps you need to be on a higher level of owl now rather than induction since your body is handling more foods well?.

perhaps if you start at a higher level of owl it won't feel like you are depriving yourself of anything too drastic.

i guess i feel a little differently about Atkins that others. even if i travel i'm not going to go off Atkins. even if it is my birthday, i'm not going to go off atkins. i don't ever wish to toy with my resolve. what can frankenfoods offer me except weight gain and blood spikes anyway?
