| Welcome back! A few suggestions for you...post this question in the Exercise forum and see what kind of response you get. Also, when you are at the gym, I'm sure they have in-house trainers that would help you with this. :yes They can instruct you on the proper form, because that's such an important thing when exercising, and having us describe something to you might not be adequate, you know what I mean? You're young, and your skin should snap back pretty quickly, but you do have to give it some time. Stay diligent with the exercise and things should tighten up. |
