    Congratulations for starting on a new journey. My husband & I have been doing Induction for 4wks now. I chose not to move on just yet because I want to make this a habit, a part of my life. The 1 thing I would suggest is try lots of different foods. Dont get stuck in a rut by eating the same boring thing. Theres lots of delicious recipes on the Atkins website & 1 I have enjoyed using is Lindas low carb menus & recipes. Best of luck & good wishes. :}

    That sounds like a tasty filling start to your day!
    The only way to improve it might be to have a little of your veggie allowance with it - maybe some fried mushrooms?
    It is better to spread your veg carbs across the day and eat them with some fat/protein combo to lessen any possible blood sugar problems
    Are you having problems getting most of your net carbs from vegetables on induction?

    Vegetables most dense in nutrients are lowest in sugar and should be your primary choices.

    Congrats and welcome! Watch the tarkuy sausage since sometimes sugar gets added. Hidden carbs!!! Watch for them!
