    Cool 14 day induction results

    Good Morning! I have completed my 14 day induction as of yesterday and wanted to share some of my experience/progess with everyone as I am habitually reading everyone else's posts to see if I am up to par!

    The most important thing I would say about my journey so far is the scale was no indication of success for me, but the way my clothes fit definately is. I actually gainded a pound in the past 14 days, but I've gone from a size 14 to a very loose 12 so this weeeknd I will be shopping for 10's! I've read a lot of other posts about not loosing weight BUT almost everyone said they lost inches and for me that is awesome! I know the scale will eventually budge though and mentally that helps

    I feel 100% healthier than I did 2 weeks ago and have a lot more energy for the gym. I could barely get through my 1/2 hour work outs but now i'm breezing right through and working out longer. Also, I couldn't image life anymore without at least 64oz of water daily.
    This forum's support and information definately made the journey so far much easier.

    Sounds like you are doing a lot of things right! Great attitude on the scale too. I agree with you---I would rather look be smaller and weigh more than wear a larger size but be lighter on the scale any day!

    A lower number is nice, but the euphoria from getting a grip on our dietary needs and taking control of our life back is worth the effort alone. Weight loss is really just a bonus the kind Doctor threw in as a freebie. Good work, look forward to hearing more exploits.

    I had a lose then gain during induction but also lost inches from my waist and thigh... I was gutted at 1st but members on the board helped me to see past the scales and not be ruled by them

    I moved to owl last week And lost 3lbs i was happy with that but like u my most positives from this lifestyle change so far are how much better I feel, not feeling hungry all the time and I have lost my cravings for bread , cake etc.

    U have a healthy positive attitude ( wish mine was as good )
