I need some advice on supplements before I start the diet next week. Is there any UK dieters here with any suggestions what exactly and where to buy?

I've been taking Tesco Complete Multivitamins + Multiminerals (one a day) for the last year. Along with a 1000mg fish oil capsule which I bought from Vitslim on e-bay UK Vitamins Minerals Herbals cod liver oil glucosamine zinc items in VitSlim store on eBay!
Because i was having a problem with leg cramps I also bought Calcium Magnesium Zinc & Vitamin D from Vitslim Vitamins Minerals Herbals cod liver oil glucosamine zinc items in VitSlim store on eBay!
Superdrugs sell vitamins without iron. You need to check the jar as the "with iron" and "without iron" labels look similar.

Chapter 8 page 92 DANDRVegetables most dense in nutrients are lowest in sugar and should be your primary choices.

One more question, from reading DANDR2002 it says about Basic #3 taking 3 supplements a day. And Ive been told from the new book its only 1 a day. Can someone clear this up for me?
