| On average, a person will lose 5% to 10% of their desired amount during their first two weeks of Induction. | good for you you will see a slow down in your weight loss as you continue just because fat molecules are not stored with fluids like glycogen molecules. I hope you have joined the CC forum and our exercise challenge too. Happy low carbing
