| Re: 3 pounds lost the first day?? Hey Stephanie, I think that everyone is different. Everyone loses weight at a different pace. After my first day on Induction I too had lost 3 pounds. But others might have lost more or less. Everyone is unique. I'm glad you're here. This board is wonderful! Throwing Confetti for your first success! | It is wonderful to realize that 3 pounds are gone in one day. It is water weight and that is good because you have started your journey to being a healthier and happier person. |
