This is a totally embarrassing question for me to pose, but an important one, and I cannot locate anything on this subject here in this forum, or on Google.
When we start this new way of eating, along with taking vitamins for the first time in our lives, can our stools be affected in color? If so, what are the color ranges? Is near-black one of them??
Sorry to bring such an embarrassing question to the forum. But I really need to know if anyone else has some insight on this.
