    Default Feta Cheese

Is feta cheese allowed on induction? Today is my Day 2 and for some strange reason I'm craving feta cheese. I love it in my salads.

I'm not sure if its allowed. But I do eat it every day and it doesnt seem to be an issue. Though I do buy the reduced fat (I know you aren't supposed to) and I eat maybe half a serving size in my salads or in my eggs.

I always sprinkle feta, goat, or blue cheese in my salads. Great on top of steak or stuffed in chicken as well. Enjoy! Just keep the quantities to 3-4 oz or less.

Be careful of the additives in the pre-crumbled kind. I bought some without thinking, and it has hidden sugars. The blocks of feta seem to be clean.

    Good point, Celestialnobody

As far as I know all packaged shredded and crumbled cheeses have some kind of starch added to stop it sticking together, so it is better to buy block cheese and prepare it yourself.
