| Ahhh, I think I figured it out. The oils with a lot of vitamin D are Cod Liver oil, and Sardine Oil. I've never paid attention to the kind of oil that tuna is packed in. Come to think of it, I've never even had tuna packed in oil, always in water. Sunshine, on my shoulders, makes me happy! |

| There's a book called The UV Solution by Michael Hollick, MD. It's very informative about vitamin D and how to get it safely from sun exposure.
