Welcome Tracy! Joining this board is the best thing that could have happened fpr me. Everyone is so supportive. You will also learn alot. I have read the book, however, I feel like I learn even more from these guys daily. Good luck to you. Take one day at a time.

well this is my 5th day and i have lost 6 pounds, but one thing i haven't really go to yet was the atkins flu does that mean i am still going to feel really bad |

I felt great from day one and never had the flu. symptoms may be different for everyone but i personally believe that what we affirm is true, we make true. therefore, I am never sick. thats what I believe and I make it true for me.
