| You won't be starting over. Just eat a big induction friendly breakfast and dinner that day. I wouldn't try to compensate by eating less carbs than what you are allowed on the induction menu. That kind of manipulation is part of an old calorie counting diet mentality. You are on Atkins now. So EAT! If you have cravings that were triggered by that controlled meal, be patient and know that these foods will be re-introduced to you later on the OWL levels. Good luck to you. I hope you do get some watermelon and not some weird scientific experiment! |
