Well I'm restarting the 14 day induction... but I managed to lose 10 pounds after I finished my 14 day induction a few days ago... :joy had a terrible weekend (thurs and fri is the weekend here) and coming back here to start all over... but still 10 pounds are gone!

Hi everyone :joy well this is my 6th day and i have lost 8 pounds , i am doing fairly well but i find that i have to say ok you have to eat something WHEW never thought i would say that :icondance |

Technically I'm on extended induction... But within the last month and few days..Im down around 25-30. God Bless the Y chromosome.

Well so far I've lost 9lbs. I've had to start over my induction 2x's but I'm still losing. If I mess up one day I just start over until I get it right.
