| Sounds to me like you are going to be anorexic, so I won't answer that :nono |

| It's hard to say if you will reach your goal. But I strongly suggest that you should reassess your weight loss goals. 5' 120 pounds gives you a BMI of 23, which is in the healthly weight range. 5'5" at 100 pounds gives you a BMI of about 20, which is in the healthy weight range. 5' at 94 pounds will give you a BMI of 18, which is underweight. If you are interested more in toning your body, you might consider doing Atkins Maintenance and an exercise program.

| Thank you for your comments not2sweet & not2late. I do not mean to sound like I will turn anorexic. In fact I enjoy eating, which is why I am overweight in the first place. The Ministry of Health here recently changed the BMI range of healthy weight to 17-22.9 citing the fact that asians have 5% more body fat than caucasians of the same weight. So if I am 95lbs, my BMI will be 18.46, within the healthy range. I hope I can do it. |

| Hmmm...I guess my next question will be do you have a job that requires your weight to conform to the Ministry's charts? In other words, how do you feel about your weight/body size?
