Default Using liquid Stevia instead of powered Splenda

I'm barely 2 wks in ....assuming its ok to keep using liquid Stevia in all these IF recipes i'm starting to use--its what I have. HOwever getting ready to go tothe store and wondering if I need to put it on my list. I would like to stay on my Stevia.....looking for the (IF) PUmkin desserts and another peanut butter one....

You can go to the search box above and just put in the word pumpkin and you will see many results.

Peanut butter is not allowed on Induction. Peanuts not allowed until the nut rung in OWL, and it is very limited.
(And peanuts, more than most other nuts, are a real problems for many. Meaning they have a problem controlling the allowed portion.)

I don't use Stevia, but I am pretty sure it is allowed. I believe liquid artificial sweeteners have 0 carbs, but still need to be counted against the limit of 3 servings of AS per day.

*Someone with better knowledge of Stevia correct me if I am wrong.

I imagine Dr Atkins would have approved of liquid stevia, but as it was not around wen he was we will never know.

I use liquid sucralose when baking without problems, but some recipes might not work the same as with powdered sweetener.

Just make sure you stick to the three servings max per day limit for sweeteners.

Also though pumpkin is allowed on induction (on the one cup "other vegetable" list) peanuts are not. So maybe give the PB shelf a wide berth till you are at the relevant OWL rung for peanuts.
Some people allow themselves peanuts on the nut/seeds OWL rung but I waited till the legumes rung.

Not sure how much a cup of induction veggies weighs?

Peanuts are legumes, not nuts, so they should be far higher up in owl than nut rung. I use a liquid sweetener most times or Erithritol when I'm baking but also stick to the maximum of 3 servings per day

Elizellen has a good point about the peanuts. They are really not a nut.
